PHYSICAL AFFECTION: not going to be well-received without considerable CR, as he's prickly and touch-averse with most people.
PHYSICAL VIOLENCE: feel free - he can both take a beating and give back as good as he gets.
RELATIONSHIPS: he's a kind of hypervigilant and generally very taciturn kind of guy and not the type to let people in easily or openly express his feelings. he's generally savvy to being flirted with but is more likely to completely stonewall it. he's been carrying a one-sided torch for someone for a few years but you'd probably have to waterboard that out of him.
PSYCHIC & PSIONIC INFORMATION: none.
MAGICAL INFORMATION: is actually pretty skilled with magic, but using magic in his setting requires a tool called an igniter, so he generally would have to have access to one (or something equivalent) to use it.
MEDICAL INFORMATION: stunted growth at around 12 years old due to severely traumatic magical experimentation, with some complications to joint and bone growth because of it. suffers chronic pain from the same.
OFFENSIVE SUBJECTS & TRIGGERS: his backstory involves the aforementioned (magical) medical trauma, (fantasy) racism and poverty, as well as deaths of children. he would probably have what would be considered PTSD from his and his brother's time as lab rats. he's also since spent several years in the military involved in some fairly heavy shit.

FIRST IMPRESSIONS
VISUAL: fidelio is a paripus, or, basically, a catboy (with folded ears like a scottish fold, a long thin tail, slit pupils and claws.) he's about 5'0" with a slight build, and generally looks like a fairly average preteen at a glance (instead of the 26-year-old man he is.)
AURAL: his voice is rough and boyish sounding (he's a megumi ogata character, if you know what that means.) he speaks fairly crudely and has a thick accent resembling scouse english.
OLFACTORY: he keeps himself well-groomed and generally smells like plain soap and clean clothes.
DEMEANOUR: confident, but constantly guarded and alert. the type to always immediately scope out where all the exits in a room are. carries himself like he's much taller than he is.
